Has anybody done CLARITY in peripheral nerves?

We'd potentially like to try doing CLARITY in peripheral nerves. Haven't been able to find anybody that's done so on these forums. Having done some CLARITY in the past I'd like to avoid doing ETC if possible, since I know it can add some complications. Do you think small nerve samples (<200um diameter) will clear passively?

If anyone has any experience with this, I'd appreciate any answers!

    Hi Joseph, I was reading this article "ACT-PRESTO: Rapid and consistent tissue clearing and labeling method for 3-dimensional (3D) imaging 2015 Scientific report" and I remembered your post. They showed results with human spinal cord, but I think you can try this ETC variation that seems to be less damaging for the tissues. I haven't done it, its just an idea. Good luck!
