I just did a CLARITY setup and have done my first clearing of kidney tissue. It all works fine, except for problems with the electrodes. I use 0.25mm palladium electrodes and these burn out after just a couple of days of clearing, even if running at a fairly low voltage (10V). Did anyone have the same problem with platinum electrodes? Do you think the problem is the thinner wire or that I´m using palladium as electrode material? To my understanding platinum and palladium should have similar properties in terms of reactivity and resistivity.
