On the protocol CLARITY immuno that the sample can be stored in PBST (with 0.01% (w / v) sodium azide) at 4 ° C for up to a week, but azide and fluorescent antibodies are incompatible or'm wrong. Thanks

I've been using PBST with sodium azide and AlexaFluor secondaries and it's been fine so far..
