Yes, we have built the OpenSPIM system and currently use it for Clarity imaging.

@gjones Hi, I'm curious as to your experience with OpenSPIM and CLARITY. I'm currently building and OpenSPIM system and I'm planning on using it for CLARITY samples. What size of samples are you using? how are you putting the sample in front of the objective? Any information would help. Thank you for your time.
