Sample incredibly squishy after passive clearing.

Is it normal for the sample to become so squishy after clearing?

This depends on the composition of the hydrogel (acrylamide concentration etc) and the length of clearing. The tissue becomes softer as it clears more (and presumably loses proteins etc.). It is generally fairly soft regardless though.
