How much Pt wire do you actually use?

I'm looking into buying some Pt wire to do CLARITY and am finding some seemingly good deals on amazon. The protocol says ~50 cm. Do you guys find you use that length for the electrodes or more or less?

We used approximately 20 cm for each electrode.
